Job Description

Orchard Village is looking to hire a full time Community Day Services Program Manager.
Community Day Services Program Manager Responsibilities:
Support the Senior Director of Community Day & Home-Based Services with day-to-day operation of Community Day Services (CDS) and personnel supervision. Audit and monitor paperwork and documentation. Complete monthly billing reports for the department. Oversee Day Services at Orchard Village in the absence of the Senior Director. Develop meaningful employment, recreational programming, and curriculum. Coordinate internship sites, enrichment activities in the community, and on-site programming. Manage a team of Lead Day Program Coaches, and perform supervisory tasks including, payroll and performance reviews. Monitor Basic Assurances to ensure people receiving services are free from abuse, neglect and mistreatment, experience best possible health, are safe in all environments and exercise their human rights according to Orchard Village, and IL Department of Human Services (IL DHS) standards and regulations. Ensure accurate implementation and data collection of Behavior Support Plans within the CDS program.
Community Day Services Program Manager Qualifications:
State of Illinois QIDP certification Bachelor's degree in education, special education, psychology, rehabilitation counseling, social work, or related field Three to five years' experience working in the field of developmental disabilities (including at least two years working directly with persons with developmental disabilities) Experience supporting individuals with significant physical and mental health challenges required Experience in monitoring and/or developing positive behavior support plans Knowledge of IL Department of Human Services regulations preferred Knowledge of Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL) standards on personal outcome measures preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications Valid driver's license and personal vehicle Community Day Services Program Manager Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life insurance 401(k) Employee assistance program Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Access to finding childcare & applying for financial assistance
Pay:
$47,851.26 - $57,627.32 per year
