The Role As our primary Licensed Leasing Agent and Assistant Property Manager , you will be at the forefront of our growth. This is a dynamic role where you will manage tenant relations, oversee leasing cycles, and help streamline operations. Because we are growing quickly, this position offers a tremendous opportunity for career advancement and increased responsibility for the right person. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants and property showings. Manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Assist in the daily management of residential properties. Utilize Appfolio to maintain accurate records, lease agreements, and financial tracking. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure properties meet our "higher standard" of quality.

Requirements & Qualifications License:

Must hold a valid Illinois Leasing Agent License OR be willing to obtain one within your first 30 days of engagement.

Transportation :

Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle to travel between properties for showings.

Software:

Proficiency in Appfolio is a significant bonus; otherwise, you must demonstrate the ability to become an expert in the software very quickly.

Drive:

We value ambition. While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right individual who displays high energy, attention to detail, and a "growth mindset."

Location:

Based in or near Springfield, IL.

Compensation & Schedule Type:

1099 Independent Contractor.

Pay:

Hourly base rate + Performance-based commissions.
