We are seeking an energetic and motivated Community Manager to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and deliver an exceptional resident experience. What You'll Do Oversee all property operations, staff, and resident relations Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention goals Manage budgets, financial performance, and rent collections Lead and develop on-site teams including maintenance and office staff Ensure the property is well-maintained and operating efficiently Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care What We're Looking For 3+ years of management experience in property management or related field Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Financial and budgeting experience Senior housing property management experience preferred Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with employer match Growth opportunities within a dynamic team environment If you're passionate about leadership, hospitality, and creating a community residents love to call home, we'd love to hear from you.
