The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all properties are well-maintained, tenants are satisfied, and rental income is maximized. • Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and tenant relations
• Show available units to prospective tenants
• Collect and process rental payments in a timely manner
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of property-related transactions and activities
