This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and is looking for long-term growth with a nationally recognized multifamily owner-operator. What We Offer:
Pay:
$21.00-$25.00/hour plus up to $100 per lease commission Annual raises up to 5% 401(k) with 3% company match Blue Cross / Blue Shield medical insurance for $45/month Vision and disability insurance 9 paid holidays Paid Time Off Year 1: 80 hours Years 2-4: 120 hours 5+ years: 160 hours 20% rent discount at Monarch-owned communities (terms apply) Tuition reimbursement program Yearly anniversary gifts Key Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents through the full leasing process Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately and efficiently Maintain resident files in YARDI (digital and physical) Handle incoming phone and email inquiries professionally Support Property Managers with resident relations and community needs Provide leasing coverage across assigned communities as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service Strong computer skills and ability to learn property management software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Additional Information Pre-employment screening required, including criminal background and drug screening Applications accepted on an ongoing basis Monarch Investment and Management Group is an Equal Opportunity EmployerSimilar jobs in Clarksville, IN
