Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi family community in Evansville IN. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, customer service, and legal compliance, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and that tenant relationships are positive. This role requires effective communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a thorough understanding of landlord-tenant law. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including Tenant relations, Tenant delinquency, Forcible Detainer Hearings, Section 8 compliance and more. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Utilize property management software for data entry, administering applications and leases and customer relationship management. Handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely manner. Assist with Implementation of sales strategies to enhance occupancy rates and upsell additional services. Maintain accurate records Collaborate with facilities management to ensure positive stewardship & upkeep of properties. Experience Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or a related field.
Preferred qualifications include:
Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs. Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes. Proven experience in conflict management and negotiation. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on building positive tenant relationships. Proficiency in administrative tasks including data entry and office experience. Pay:
$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
