Property Manager $3,500/month + Living Quarters In-Person

We are seeking a dedicated and guest-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a welcoming environment. This position offers $2,500/month and on-site living quarters , and an off-site option for $3,500/month.

Responsibilities:

Guest Services:

Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally. Provide exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Coordinate room turns to ensure guest rooms are clean and ready for occupancy.

Property Management:

Maintain the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations. Assist with property maintenance and repairs as needed.

Administrative Tasks:

Manage guest reservations and booking systems. Handle financial transactions and reporting. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, and room turns. Strong organizational and time management skills.
