Regional/District Manager Position Overview Workforce Beacon Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivated Floating Property Manager to support multiple residential communities throughout the Indianapolis, Indiana region, with occasional travel to other locations as business needs arise. (Potential Locations include Auburn, MI, Van Buren, MI, St. Louis, Logans, PA) This role is ideal for a flexible, hands-on property management professional who is comfortable stepping into different communities, supporting lease-up efforts, stabilizing occupancy, and assisting with day-to-day property operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Conventional Market Rate leasing, resident relations, operational, and administrative experience, with a proven ability to quickly assess community needs and provide immediate support. Experience with lease-ups, new community openings, occupancy growth, and senior living or multifamily housing is strongly preferred. Candidates located near Fishers or Greenwood, Indiana are highly preferred due to regional coverage needs. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Floating Property Manager across multiple communities within the Indianapolis region. Support lease-up activity, including outreach, tours, applications, follow-up, and move-ins. Help drive occupancy by managing leads, building prospect relationships, and maintaining consistent leasing momentum. Step into communities as needed to provide operational support, leadership coverage, and staff assistance. Oversee daily property operations, including resident communication, work order coordination, vendor follow-up, and community standards. Conduct professional tours and present the community to prospective residents and families. Assist with resident retention, lease renewals, and positive resident relations. Monitor community appearance, curb appeal, and overall resident experience. Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work orders, turnovers, inspections, and property needs. Maintain accurate leasing, resident, and operational records in accordance with company standards. Assist with marketing, outreach, and community engagement efforts to support occupancy goals. Support compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and applicable housing regulations. Travel to various assigned communities throughout the Indianapolis region and occasionally outside the region as needed. Qualifications Prior property management, assistant property management, or leasing management experience required. Lease-up experience required. Experience in multifamily, senior living, affordable housing, or conventional housing preferred. Strong leasing, sales, customer service, and follow-up skills. Ability to quickly adapt to different communities, teams, and operational needs. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills and a resident-first approach. Comfortable traveling between communities on a regular basis. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Candidates located near Fishers, IN or Greenwood, IN are strongly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
$75,000 - $80,000
