Our company is currently looking for an experienced, professional and responsible individual to fill the role of full time Assistant Property Manager at one of our beautiful Indiana properties. This includes recruiting and retaining quality renters, establishing appropriate lease agreements and overseeing all aspects of the rental experience including finances, maintenance and customer service. This person serves as a liaison between renters and property owners, effectively responding to and resolving conflict in a timely manner. This position can enhance the company's overall success as they ensure compliance with legal requirements and support renter satisfaction which results in financial stability and longevity. Qualifications & Skills Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in-person 2+ years' experience in property management (required) Experience with Yardi (required) Attention to detail Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines Organizational skills Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with a broad range of stakeholders Knowledge of regional and national real estate laws and guidelines for rental property Proficiency with word processing software and other related tools Responsibilities Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions Preparing and executing detailed and legally compliant lease agreements Overseeing all financial procedures including verifying renter income, processing monthly payments and executing default protocols Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions and prompt renter complaint resolution.
