Consider joining our team as the Community Manager for a property on the Northeast Side of Indianapolis.
Who you are:
You're an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of two years' management experience of a residential multifamily apartment community. The property is Fountain Parc Apartments with 240 units. You have a job history which demonstrates your dedication to maintaining your roles for long periods of time. You understand that excellent customer service is paramount when working with our residents, prospects and vendors. You use outstanding interpersonal skills with your team and your residents through excellent verbal communication, MS Office products, Yardi software, and social media business use. You have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

Property Manager:
Directing the operational activities of residential multifamily communities (200+ total units) in order to maximize the financial return for the owners and for the benefit of the communities Directing the day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety and security Obtaining bids as needed and overseeing the purchase of supplies and equipment Office hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturdays 10am to 4pm.
