Local property management compnay is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a full-time Property Manager on the south side of Indianapolis, Indiana. The Property Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the apartment community. The position requires excellent skills in the management and multi-taking, as well as the ability to communicate effectively. What your day may look like: Maximize the overall financial and physical performance of the property Maintain targeted occupancy goals Implement and oversee company policies and standard Experience and Qualities we hope you'd have: Superb communication skills Strong administrative and organizational skills Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely Professional image Strong customer service and sales/leasing skills Good understanding of sales and marketing concepts and the ability to develop implement and evaluate marketing plans Knowledgeable of on-site maintenance requirements including dealing with vendors and contractors Ability to sell and close a sale Ability to operate and understand personal computer functions and company utilized software A minimum of 1 year experience as a Property Manager of a residential property (preferred) The ideal candidate will be energetic and professional and will possess outstanding leadership skills, the ability to set and achieve goals, a strong work ethic, exceptional communication skills, and outstanding sales ability.
