This role is vital in ensuring exceptional property performance, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and adhering to all regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a proactive approach to property management, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As the face of the community, you will manage leasing activities, oversee property maintenance, and foster positive relationships with residents and vendors alike. Duties Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment Manage leasing processes using property management software, including screening applicants and preparing lease agreements Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) guidelines, Section 8 programs, and other legal requirements Handle legal administrative tasks such as contracts, notices, and conflict resolution with tenants or vendors Conduct regular property inspections and oversee repairs or upgrades Facilitate communication with residents via phone etiquette, in-person interactions, and written correspondence to promote customer satisfaction Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and property records to support operational efficiency Collaborate with external agencies on lease compliance issues or legal matters related to landlord-tenant law Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential properties Familiarity with LIHTC regulations, Section 8 housing programs, Fair Housing laws, and landlord-tenant law Experience with Data entry and office administration preferred Strong understanding of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices Excellent customer service skills coupled with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities Legal administrative experience related to contracts, notices, or lease enforcement is highly desirable Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging residents and vendors professionally Join us as an On-Site Property Manager where your expertise will make a tangible difference in our residents' lives.
