Full Job Description Property Manager Overview:

Responsibilities:

Legacy Property Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee and manage our properties within a designated region As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our communities by ensuring efficient operations, maximizing revenue, customer satisfaction, correct billing and payments. Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations and company policies Oversee the day to day operations of multiple properties within the region Ensure that bank deposits are made promptly when payments are received Ensure vendor checks / payments are sent promptly once work has been completed to a satisfactory standard Assist with move ins and move outs across the portfolio of properties Be detail oriented when it comes to Buildium and Monday softwares, ensuring accuracy of tenant ledgers File evictions when necessary and attend court with our third party attorneys Contact utility companies when necessary for move in and move outs Work with upper management to find solutions to issues that arise, and be willing to work as part of a team. Mail out security deposits and deposit letters after a tenancy ends, work with the regional maintenance director to determine the correct amount. Respond to emails and escalated customer calls that get passed along from our customer success team.
