The Residential Manager will manage the day-to-day activities of a group home for adults with disabilities. Duties include maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for the home residents. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the home meets all established guidelines and standards. Good communication skills and record keeping abilities are a must. Management experience and experience working with persons with disabilities preferred. Bachelor degree or experience in a related field preferred. Location New Albany, IN Full-time; this role requires being available to work all shifts with first shift being primary.
