We're looking for a motivated Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations and help create a positive, well-run community.
What You'll Do:
As the Assistant Property Manager, you'll partner closely with the Property Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent resident experiences. Assist with day-to-day property operations Help maintain high occupancy and resident retention Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Maintain accurate records and reports Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on work orders Support vendor coordination and administrative tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations
What We're Looking For:
1-2 years of property management or related experience Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of leasing and property operations Experience with property management software is a plus Why Join Us?
