Full Job Description Position Purpose:
Geminus Corporation partners with community-based health care providers, social service organizations and early childhood education programs to help increase access to high-quality social health care for children and families across Northern Indiana. Geminus Corporation is a member of the Regional Care Group.
Position Purpose:
Responsible for the supervision of Community Partners for Child Safety Region 3 which includes the following counties: St. Joseph, Marshall, Elkhart, and Kosciusko as well as provide support for new initiatives. Oversee community, DCS referrals and cases, Juvenile Justice Referrals and cases staffing, child and family team meetings and staff supervisor. Also responsible for the supervision of staff for parent assessments and case management.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
Academic:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related social service degree. Master's degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience working within the child welfare system and community agencies.
Pay Range:
$47,736.00 - $63,232.00 annually
