The ideal candidate is deeply connected within the local community, excels at building relationships, and consistently delivers results. Key Responsibilities Originate residential and/or commercial loans through strong referral networks and community engagement Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and local business leaders Guide clients through the loan process from application to closing, ensuring a seamless experience Maintain a consistent pipeline with monthly production targets exceeding $5M Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines Actively participate in community events and networking opportunities to drive business growth Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient processing and closing timelines Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in loan origination with a proven track record of success Consistent monthly loan production of $5M+ Strong ties to the Valparaiso or Northwest Indiana community Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work fully onsite and engage in face-to-face relationship building Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to grow professionally Active NMLS license (or ability to obtain) preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Established platform with operational and marketing support Opportunities for career advancement and long-term growth Collaborative, team-oriented culture Strong leadership and mentorship #
