How you will make an impact + Support the successful integration of person-centered, strengths-based programs and services for all residents. + Develop and maintain a consistent and qualitative needs assessment of the population and provide high-quality responses to those needs + Ensures compliance with all federal, state, local, and facility regulations and policies + Support our independent living residents in the community, ensuring a successful life experience while promoting the social, psychological, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual needs of those living in the community + Recruit, hire, supervise, train, and support staff of the highest quality in each division of Resident Services + Participates in the Welcome Home Representative program + Establishes relationships with new residents and works to ensure their successful integration into the community. + Participates in the coordination of services to residents through appropriate staff committees and departmental meetings + Reinforces positive employee relations, ensures standards of appearance are met, creates a work environment that encourages positive problem solving, and facilities an engaged workforce. What you will need + Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience + Healthcare experience preferred + The passion and desire to work with the elderly; understanding of the aging process and the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents Please note that specific state regulations and requirements may be applicable.
