Your Role:
What You'll Do As an Assistant Community Manager, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the community, supporting the Community Manager to ensure smooth operations, resident satisfaction, and exceptional service delivery. Your Impact Operations & Resident Engagement Assist in rent collection and delinquency management to achieve financial goals. Coordinate leasing activities, including scheduling showings and processing applications. Address resident inquiries and concerns with a friendly, solution-focused approach. Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve property issues efficiently. Manage and maintain accurate resident records and community documentation. Marketing & Financial Management Create and post engaging rental ads to attract and retain residents. Support marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and community events. Help prepare reports on property performance, offering insights for improvement. Leadership & Team Collaboration Act as a liaison between residents, vendors, and the management team. Mentor leasing consultants and administrative staff to foster a supportive and productive work environment. Uphold and promote our core values in every interaction.

Hourly Rate:
$21.00 - 24.00

What You Bring Preferred Experience:
2+ years in property management, leasing, or an assistant community manager role Strong understanding of resident relations, rent collection, and leasing coordination Experience using AppFolio or similar property management software Proven ability to support team leadership and community operations
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in administrative, leasing, or customer service roles High school diploma required; college degree is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Personal Qualities:
Detail-oriented and customer service-driven Professional, approachable, and solution-focused
Other Requirements:
Valid Driver's License Clean criminal background check Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
