Job Description

Seeking an on-site Property Manager for a property with a 80-unit count. This property will require a hands-on manager with experience in a luxury community. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office. Must be creative and able to navigate social media. Must be ready to shine! Any industry designations a plus but not required
ARM, FHC, RAM, CAM, CPM, NALP
Must have a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to pass background, credit, and drug test. Resman software knowledge a plus Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as the site manager All first contacts will be made via zoom/Teams and we will be looking to hire immediately.
