This role is perfect for energetic, detail-oriented professionals eager to make a positive impact in the real estate industry. You will be responsible for managing property listings, facilitating communication between clients and vendors, and ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create seamless experiences for our tenants and stakeholders alike. Responsibilities Coordinate property showings, leasing appointments, and tenant inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements to meet both client needs and company standards Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract prospective tenants Maintain accurate records of property transactions, tenant communications, and administrative documentation Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local real estate laws during all leasing activities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and effectively Support property management tasks such as rent collection, lease renewals, and maintenance scheduling Skills Strong negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements and resolve conflicts effectively Proficiency in marketing strategies to promote properties across multiple platforms Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse client bases with clear communication Excellent communication skills for engaging with tenants, vendors, and team members Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law to ensure legal compliance Experience in customer service roles with a focus on building positive relationships Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and administrative tasks efficiently Background in real estate administrative experience or related fields is highly desirable Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive approach and passion for real estate will drive success.
