What You'll Be Doing As Property Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the property by: Leading day-to-day operations of the community Working with residents and creating a positive living experience Coordinating maintenance requests and property upkeep Managing leasing, occupancy, and marketing efforts Handling budgets, rent collections, and vendor coordination Supporting and guiding onsite staff Conducting property walks and inspections Solving problems quickly and professionally Basically… you keep the wheels turning and the property thriving. Someone Who:

✔ Is highly organized and proactive ✔ Communicates well with residents, vendors, and staff ✔ Can multitask without losing attention to detail ✔ Has strong customer service skills ✔ Can stay calm under pressure ✔ Leads with positivity and professionalism ✔ Isn't afraid to jump in and help wherever needed

Bonus Points If You Have:
