Property Manager

Multifamily Management is seeking an Experienced Apartment Manager to join our team! This position is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee operation of all aspects of property by placing emphasis in areas of maximizing occupancy
• Resident retention
• Formulating budgets
• Meeting or exceeding collection goals and maintaining vendor/contractor communications

Requirements :

• Must be able to demonstrate good customer service and administrative skills
• Be well organized and detail oriented.
• Strong leadership skills a must
• Must be dependable and be able to work flexible hours if needed.
• Position prefers at least 3 years' experience in on-site property management; 1 year as Community Manager; must have background in supervision and successful track record of accomplishments.
