Experienced Property Manager

- Full-time Property Site Manager Sites are in Acadiana Area General property management team assistance and troubleshooting Accounts payable Accounts receivable Vendor set-up
- Input new vendor info, tax id or social security numbers, update information into Buildium Assist with other accounting functions including owner and commission payments Buildium application screening for applicants In-house property management support Process Contracts
- Review, process and ensure compliance for all property management contracts Account structure and maintenance
- Set up and maintain tenants, owners, and properties in Buildium Tenant Move Ins/Move-Outs Tenant actions
- Facilitate legal process and compliance for tenant actions from 5-Day Pay or Vacate notices through eviction.
