Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
- Three years minimum proven experience as a property manager with good resident relation skills and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Monitor compliance with the processing of all applicant eligibility, certification (or recertification), waiting list procedures according to the appropriate housing program requirements.
- Supervise, train, and motivate onsite staff and communicate policies in a clear and concise manner to ensure the Owner's objectives are realized within the approved scope of authority.
- Be knowledgeable about the property's economic, marketing and physical condition to ensure that the property is maintained in a manner consistent with the Owner's objectives.
- Maintain an organized system for accurate recordkeeping including resident files, marketing information, maintenance records, financial accounting records of collections and expenditures, purchasing, interior/exterior inspections, general correspondence, and budget logs.
- Keep Willwoods Community Management informed of any and all deferred maintenance.
