Job Description
Immediate opening for an experienced Full Time Property Manager in Rayne, Louisiana. Candidate must be organized, self-motivated, able to follow compliance guidelines, possess strong sales and customer service skills as well as computer skills. The job entails but is not limited to collecting rents, unit inspections, screening applicants, and leasing. Tax credit experience is a plus. One site experience is required.
