Job Description

Senior Property Manager - Commercial Portfolio Shreveport, LA $80,000-$90,000 Base + Full Benefits Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager with 10-15 years of experience managing office, retail, and industrial assets.
This senior-level role includes:
Oversight of multiple commercial properties Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting Lease negotiations and renewals Vendor contract management Capital improvement coordination Direct communication with property ownership Team leadership and staff development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, or related field) Commercial portfolio experience required (not strictly multifamily) Strong financial and leasing background Property management software proficiency Benefits include 401(k) match up to 5%, health coverage, sick accrual, and vacation time.
