Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties located in Walker, Port Allen and Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills. This role requires a proactive approach to managing tenant relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining the overall integrity of the property. Knowledge of Tax Credit and be willing to travel from Walker to Port Allen. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations. Handle lease agreements and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and address any inquiries or concerns promptly. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of the property. Maintain accurate records of rental payments, contracts, and tenant communications. Requirements . Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing.
