Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as Property Manager for a well established Condominium Community. In this vital role, you'll manage daily operations, work closely with team members, foster positive resident relationships, ensure compliance with housing regulations, and coordinate property maintenance to create a welcoming, well-maintained community. Your proactive approach and excellent organizational skills will drive property success and resident satisfaction. Duties Oversee the leasing process, including property tours, application processing, and lease signing, ensuring a smooth experience for prospective tenants. Maintain comprehensive records using property management software, including data entry, filing, and contract management. Reporting to a Board of Directors, host Board meetings and Annual Owners meeting, keeping meeting minutes. Demonstrate ability to understand financial reports and maintain budget. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, landlord-tenant laws, Section 8 guidelines, and LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management activities to uphold safety standards and enhance property value. Handle customer service inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, resolving issues promptly and effectively. Negotiate lease terms, rent increases, or contract renewals. Manage conflict resolution between residents using conflict management techniques to maintain a positive community environment. Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with familiarity in property leasing and facilities management. Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 programs, and LIHTC compliance. Proficiency with property management software a plus. Excellent customer service skills paired with professional phone etiquette and negotiation abilities. Ability to handle legal administrative tasks including contracts, filing, data entry, and document organization efficiently. Strong conflict management skills combined with office experience to coordinate multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
Pay:
