We are seeking a full-time Residential Manager for our beautiful Residential homes in the Merrimack Valley. At American Training, it is all about the WOW! Magic . Magic philosophy. What does a Residential Manager do? Responsible for managing all aspects of the Residential Program Act as a liaison between Residents, Families, Health Care Providers, and Colleagues to ensure excellent quality of care Hire, supervise, and motivate Colleagues Create and manage Colleague schedules Monitor medical and clinical needs of Residents 2-3 years of experience working in Human Services overseeing a Residential Home 1+ years of previous management experience Valid State driver's license and the use of a personal vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage (required) Flexible work hours required based on program needs Satisfactory CORI and DDS fingerprinting Bachelor's degree preferred (a degree may be waived if experience indicates competence) American Training, Inc. offers a competitive benefits package; medical and dental insurance, short- and long-term disability, vision, life insurance, generous earned time off, paid holidays and vacation, a FUN work environment, and much more.
