Residential Supervisor -
Second Shift Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $26.92/hour (based on experience)
New Hire Sign-On Bonus:
$4,000 (limited time only!) Stetson School, an affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation, is a residential treatment program serving youth with trauma related complex behaviors. We are seeking a Residential Supervisor for second shift to provide leadership and support to direct care staff while fostering a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment for students.
Schedule:
Wednesday-Friday:
1:00 PM-11:00 PM;
Saturday:
rotating shift (alternates weekly between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM and 1:00 PM-11:00 PM). The Residential Supervisor is responsible for overseeing direct care staff and supporting students within a residential treatment setting. This role promotes consistency, structure, and therapeutic engagement while ensuring treatment goals and program expectations are upheld.
