This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and experienced in coordinating property management tasks, tenant relations, and administrative operations.
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, Onsite Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, maintenance requests, and general concerns Coordinate leasing activities, including lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Support property inspections, vendor coordination, and routine maintenance scheduling Maintain accurate records and documentation for all properties, tenants, and leases Assist in rent collection, invoice processing, and basic accounting tasks Collaborate with property management and leadership teams to streamline operations and ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction Prepare reports and communications for management on property performance and tenant issues Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or facilities coordination Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with property management software or willingness to learn Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Professional and personable demeanor with a commitment to exceptional tenant service What We're Looking For A reliable, detail-oriented self-starter Strong problem-solving and time management skills Someone capable of handling administrative and operational tasks with precision Collaborative mindset to work with both tenants and internal teams #RJADM45
