This is an excellent opportunity for someone with property management experience who enjoys working directly with residents, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting day-to-day property operations. Responsibilities Property Operations & Maintenance Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and vendor services Schedule and oversee routine property upkeep, including landscaping and cleaning services Conduct property inspections, including move-in and move-out walkthroughs Assist with preparing vacant units for new residents and ensuring units are move-in ready Resident Relations & Leasing Support Serve as a primary point of contact for resident questions, concerns, and service requests Assist with marketing available units and conducting property tours Process rental applications and support the leasing process Coordinate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs Administrative Support Collect rent payments and assist with processing invoices and related documentation Maintain accurate tenant, lease, and maintenance records Update property management software with vacancy information and work orders Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and property operations team Qualifications 1+ year of property management experience required Professional and polished communication skills Strong customer service and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities Eager to learn, coachable, and team-oriented Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is a plus Why Apply?
