- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot's is seeking Shift Administrator to join our Juvenile Justice program's residential division.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate all aspects of residential programming. Practice principles of Positive Youth Development and Trauma Informed Care. Act as a mentor and coach with youth, utilizing Trauma Informed Care Interventions, and DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and other evidence based practices. Maintain compliance with program routines and policies. Provide staff supervision, guidance and coaching. Serve as a member of the administrative team and the on-call rotation. Facilitate and participate in orientation, training and development opportunities for staff. Submit timely and accurate employee supervision documentation and performance evaluations. Develop and maintain positive, productive working relationships with staff, youth and external resourcesQualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field Valid Massachusetts drivers license At least two years experience working with youthful offenders or similar population Driver's license and reliable transportationSchedule:
