Property Manager

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have prior experience in Property Management. Must have exceptional customer service skills and hard work ethic. Must have a valid drivers license and pass a criminal background check. Must be able to fulfill all company requests and guidelines and agree to follow company rules and guidelines. Must be good with social media/marketing In order to stage and list our vacant units.

Responsibilities:

Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants. Overseeing the timely and successful completion of maintenance requests. Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions. Preparing and executing detailed legally compliant lease agreements. Process lease renewals and follow up with tenants in a timely manner. Answering telephone. Running delinquency reports and sending out 14 day notices. Other duties as assigned and requested.
