Robert Half Property Manager Lowell, MA Apply Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential and commercial properties in Lowell, Massachusetts. This long-term contract position requires a proactive individual skilled in property administration and leasing operations, with expertise in managing tenant relations and ensuring optimal property performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and processing lease agreements.
- Maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, working closely with contractors and vendors to uphold quality standards.
- Monitor financial performance, including rent collection, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Utilize Yardi software to manage property data, generate reports, and streamline operations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with local codes.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve occupancy rates and optimize revenue.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on property performance to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and local market conditions to make informed management decisions. Requirements
- Proven experience in property management, with a focus on residential and commercial properties.
- Proficiency in leasing operations and tenant relationship management.
- Strong knowledge of property administration practices and local regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi software or similar property management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management in property operations.
- Ability to conduct property inspections and identify maintenance needs proactively.
