Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting residents in developing independence, daily living skills, and community involvement Assisting in the implementation and documentation of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) Helping maintain a safe, healthy, and inclusive home environment Coordinating appointments, activities, schedules, and communication Providing direct support with daily routines, personal care (as needed), and life skills Promoting self-advocacy, choice, and person-centered planning Ensuring compliance with agency practices, safety standards, and documentation requirements This is a meaningful role for someone compassionate, organized, and dedicated to helping people live their best lives.
