Job Description

Assistant Property Manager Pay:
$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Job Summary Trinity Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the daily operations of a residential community. This role works closely with the Property Manager to ensure efficient property operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced in affordable housing programs. LIHTC experience is required for this role. The Assistant Property Manager will assist with leasing, compliance documentation, resident communication, and coordination with maintenance and vendors to ensure smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Property Manager in overseeing daily property operations Process rental applications, income verifications, and compliance documentation Ensure compliance with LIHTC and other affordable housing program requirements Assist with Section 8 and other subsidy program administration Respond to resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional manner Coordinate maintenance work orders and follow up on completion Maintain organized resident files and ensure accurate documentation Prepare resident notices, letters, and communications Assist with rent collection and monitoring delinquency reports Maintain relationships with vendors and support property inspections and audits Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
Preferred Qualifications:
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply LIHTC Certification COS Certification 2-5 years of property management experience required Strong organizational and administrative skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience with Yardi preferred Strong communication and resident relations skills
