RESIDENTIAL MANAGER
Beaverbrook STEP Inc. is seeking a Residential Program Manager with strong leadership, management, and medical skills to accept a dynamic role within its residential division. The candidate will be responsible for opening and overseeing, in concert with the Coordinating and Senior Directors, the daily operation of a 4-5-person residential program. The ideal candidate will be someone who has medical/nursing experience and previous experience with individuals with ID/DD. The Operational responsibilities include collaborating with outside entities (DDS, medical providers, families/guardians etc.), developing and maintaining medical/behavioral/clinical interventions, and providing leadership and training at the site. Additionally, the Residential Program Manager will be responsible for providing direct supervision to the team of Direct Support Professionals and Nursing staff, ensuring that all residential systems are operating according to DDS regulations. The Residential Program Manager will directly report to the Module Senior Director.
Qualifications:
Expansive medical experience Strong analytical and data collection skills Ability to lead and communicate effectively across complex milieus Familiarity with PBS concepts and implementation Working knowledge of DDS regulations and residential programming experience Experience working with medically involved individuals Minimum 3 years management experience Beaverbrook STEP is a human service agency committed to providing progressive programs and services to 210 adults with developmental disabilities in the Greater Boston area.
