Capital Group Properties specializes in the permitting, construction, and property management of commercial, residential, retail, and industrial developments throughout the East Coast. We are looking for a Property Operations Manager to join our team as an immediate fill. Currently overseeing 11 retail centers, 8 office buildings, 4 industrial developments, and 2 condo developments, we are looking for a candidate that has great customer service skills, and an adaptive personality with the ability to handle a fast paced and challenging environment. Candidate must have previous Property Management or similar experience.
Qualifications Required:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Diligent and keen attention to detail
  • Solid computer skills, Microsoft Office proficient
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to organize time effectively and take direction when needed Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the Management team to ensure all issues are recorded accurately and assigned appropriately
  • Work with current tenants and residents to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage work order request system and screen emails/calls to ensure proper follow up
  • Work closely with accounting to make sure tenant files are accurate and updated and prepare monthly budget and maintenance reports to review with PM
  • Update and organize CRM software systems, management files and project files for new and existing tenants.
  • Confirm necessary town and state reporting is completed properly and on time
