Assistant Property Manager Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Springfield, MA Job Details Full-time $23 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Property management tools Productivity software Full Job Description Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join their client's team in the Sprongfield Massachusetts area. This role requires a dedicated professional who is ready to assist in the efficient management of property operations and ensure tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills and be ready to tackle a variety of tasks to support property management functions.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants' needs are met. Coordinate and communicate with tenants to address and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, lease agreements, and property documentation. Oversee property inspections and ensure compliance with property standards and regulations. Support the preparation and management of property budgets and financial reports. Assist in organizing and facilitating property maintenance and repair activities. Communicate effectively with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery. Provide excellent customer service to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday, 1st shift.
