Job Description
Description Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join their team and provide essential support in the effective management of commercial and/or residential properties. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in organization, communication, and multitasking within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate day-to-day administrative functions related to property management. + Serve as a primary contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. + Assist with the preparation of lease agreements, reports, and property documentation. + Track and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. + Support accounts receivable by processing invoices and tracking payments. + Maintain accurate records of property activities and compliance documents. + Liaise with vendors and service providers to organize routine maintenance and emergency repairs. + Prepare and distribute communications to tenants and stakeholders as needed.Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in property administration or a related administrative role preferred. + Excellent organizational and time management skills. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. + Strong written and verbal communication abilities. + Professional demeanor with a customer service orientation. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands. Requirements- Proven experience in residential and commercial property management.
- Strong knowledge of leasing processes and tenant communication.
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing email correspondence.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance schedules and follow up on repairs.
- Familiarity with property management software and tools.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Understanding of property budgeting and financial management.
