The candidate must be enthusiastic and ready to build a long term career with an excellent company. This position offers growth potential and the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of properties once trained. This position is ideal for Real Estate Agent's looking for a steady salaried income. Candidates that have operated and managed commercial stores also excel within this role. Some basic job duties are as follows:
Responsibilities:
  • Communicating with the board of trustees and unit owners
  • Writing and sending letters out to unit owners
  • One to two evening meetings with Trustees
  • Work closely with the Board of Trustees and committee members
  • Candidate must be extremely organized & have the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Produce Management reports and prepare agendas for Board Meetings
  • Work with vendors & obtain bids
Qualifications:
A college degree is preferred but not required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word Strong work ethic and attention to detail is a must Compensation is contingent on experience and education. We look forward to speaking with you!
