We are currently seeking an Overnight Residential Supervisor for our Intensive Residential Treatment Program (IRTP) located in Westborough, MA. The IRTPs are specialized, short-term locked facilities providing comprehensive care to male and female youth referred by the Department of Mental Health (DMH). These state-wide programs serve adolescents facing serious mental illness and/or severe emotional or behavioral challenges. Our IRTPs offer a highly supportive and structured environment, staffed by a multidisciplinary team that includes child psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, clinicians, and educators. These programs are designed to deliver intensive treatment in a secure setting for youth who cannot be safely treated in less restrictive environments.

Full-Time Hourly Rate:
$25 per hour Key Responsibilities Provide supervision and oversight of Youth Counselors to ensure high-quality care and adherence to program protocols. Lead and manage structured program shifts, fostering a therapeutic and safe environment. Oversee daily administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.
Job Requirements Experience:
At least one year of residential counseling experience with a similar population is required. Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with a commitment to supporting youth in a therapeutic setting. Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is a must.
