Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our ACCS (Adult Community Clinical Services) program! This role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a background in mental health services, and human services, who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centered care for individuals in the community.

What You'll Do:
The Supervisor is responsible for the overall clinical and administrative supervision of the ACCS team staff and functions, including day-to-day oversight of the program, supervision of staff, scheduling, personnel management, program quality, and development of trainings and protocol for residential direct care staff.
Responsibilities include:
Working closely with psychiatric staff, nursing personnel, Peer Support Staff, Community Support Staff, and other community-based services to coordinate care to individuals served Working with the individuals served, their families, peer and community supports, and other providers to maximize the chances of effectively engaging with the individual served Working collaboratively as a part of the interdisciplinary ACCS team Completing necessary paperwork in a timely fashion Overseeing all aspects of medication treatment and administration, including preparing Health Care Provider Orders, Medication Administration Records, Current Medication Lists, Weekly MAP Checklists, and others Providing crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, including serving as a member of the area on call team Supervising the Residential Coordinators Participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new employees in the program Addressing disciplinary issues as needed and completing annual performance evaluations Overseeing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for the program Other duties as assigned by program leadership
What You'll Need:
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in a Human Service field and one year of working with the target population (Bachelor's Preferred) OR High School Diploma/GED and a minimum of two years working with the target population with a minimum of two years of supervisor experience 1+ years of proven leadership in a supervisor role Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle We Hire for HEART!
