Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Day Program Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our community-based day programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. In this vital role, you will lead a team of direct care staff, coordinate program activities, and ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for participants. Your leadership will foster positive relationships with participants, families, and community partners while maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards. Responsibilities Supervise and support day program staff to deliver high-quality services aligned with individual needs and program goals Develop, implement, and evaluate program activities that promote skill-building, community integration, and personal development Manage daily operations including scheduling, documentation, and compliance with licensing and funding requirements Foster strong relationships with participants' families, guardians, and community partners to ensure collaborative care Oversee behavioral health interventions and support positive behavioral strategies tailored to each individual Monitor program budgets, track expenses, and ensure efficient resource utilization Conduct staff training on best practices in social work, behavior management, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance Requirements Proven management experience in a social services or behavioral health setting Demonstrated ability to develop and oversee programs for individuals with developmental disabilities Experience supervising staff and managing team dynamics effectively Strong relationship management skills to engage participants' families and community stakeholders Knowledge of program development principles and administrative procedures within a nonprofit or healthcare environment Background in social work or related fields with familiarity in behavioral health strategies Ability to handle budgeting tasks accurately while maintaining compliance with funding guidelines Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting This role is perfect for motivated leaders passionate about empowering individuals through innovative programming. Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
