Our programs work with youth who are referred to us and are in need of temporary out-of-home placement. The Overnight Supervisor will provide direct care, support and supervision which includes life skills training, social and interpersonal skill development and community engagement.

Full Time Schedule:
3rd Shift 11:00pm-7:00am Hourly rate : $25.00/hr Overtime opportunities available. Overnight Residential Counselors are responsible for: Oversight of Overnight Youth Counselors Supervising and maintaining direct care and the safety of the youth. Remaining awake throughout the entire shift. Conducting routine bed checks. Maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Crisis intervention if needed. Administrative oversight of daily tasks and procedures. Provide ongoing support, guidance and role modeling for staff and clients.
Job Requirements:
Supervisory experience preferred At least one year of residential counselor experience working with a similar population. High energy level, superior interpersonal skills and ability to function in a team atmosphere. High school diploma or GED required. Experience with adolescent population preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills All applicants must be at least 21 years of age and have a current, valid, US drivers' license.
