Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of a large residential property portfolio, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and operational excellence Lead, mentor, and manage on-site staff including leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams Drive leasing performance, occupancy goals, and resident retention strategies Manage financial performance including budgeting, rent collections, reporting, and expense control Partner with leadership on asset management initiatives to maximize property value Ensure compliance with company policies, housing regulations, and operational standards Utilize property management systems including Yardi and RealPage for reporting, leasing, and operational oversight

Qualifications:

5+ years of residential property management experience, including oversight of large or multi-site portfolios Strong background in staff leadership, leasing strategy, and asset management Experience with Class A or large-scale residential communities preferred Proficiency in Yardi and/or RealPage required Strong financial acumen with budgeting and reporting experience #RJADM45

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
