Department:
Neighborhood and Human Services Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent. Equivalent years of experience are equal to one (1) year of relevant experience for every one (1) year of experience required.
Experience:
Minimum of five (5) years related experience.
Licenses and Certifications:
Valid AZ Driver's License upon hire CPR/First Aid Certificate within 1 year of hire Obtain and maintain a valid Class 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Preferred/Desired Qualifications Experience in a municipal or government setting. A minimum of five (5) years previous supervisory experience. Experience working with Department of Developmental Disabilities programs. Experience developing, implementing and monitoring multiple legal contracts, agreements or grants to ensure compliance with applicable requirements and program standards. Tell me more…..

The Neighborhood & Human Services Department is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Community Center Manager to join its leadership team. The Community Center Manager leads operations at the William L. Patena Community Center, a vibrant hub serving residents of all ages and abilities. The center is home to a wide range of amenities and services, including a Resource Center, rental and event spaces, congregate meal programs and special events bringing the community together. This position plays a key role in shaping how these services are delivered.
