This role involves assisting with daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, administrative tasks, and tenant relations, with a focus on maintaining high standards of property upkeep and tenant satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in managing lease agreements, renewals, and tenant communications to ensure smooth property operations Support leasing activities, including property showings, application processing, and upselling available units Maintain accurate data entry and filing of tenant records, contracts, and maintenance requests using property management software such as Angus Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations Manage tenant inquiries via phone and email with professional office etiquette, providing excellent customer service Assist in conflict management between tenants or vendors to resolve issues effectively Support contract administration and negotiation processes for vendors, service providers, and tenants Maintain organized records for legal documentation, inspections, and compliance reports Collaborate with the team on marketing efforts to attract prospective tenants through effective sales techniques Skills Strong knowledge of property management systems such as Angus Proven experience in real estate administrative functions including data entry, filing, and contract management Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Ability to negotiate lease terms and handle upselling opportunities effectively Experience in property leasing, facilities management, and property maintenance coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in an office environment Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite and Angus Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and team members
